Of course, living conditions can change, but then the responsible owners have to take care of every living being.

A man living in a domestic settlement did not do so. Because of working abroad, he left his property and all the animals there. Nor did he make sure that the dogs, cats, and pigs left in the house were occasionally fed. He literally left them to their fate, but the neighbors could not disregard their suffering.

Also, by the time animal protectors appeared, more animals were killed because who knows how long they have been thirsty and thirsty. Some were able to escape - this wasn't a big problem for the kittens, so the runaway animals escaped the starvation, but they became stateless. Fortunately, they were taken by the people living nearby. Several of the animals left at the house were starving, but a piggy pig was saved.

Animal protectors have filed a complaint.
