The wind was a rare but beautiful guest. But this must be taken literally.
Abádszalók is not only famous for its beaches, but also for its wildlife. Because of the proximity of Lake Tisza, many waterfowl are home to the area.
Beyond the usual birds, however, a rarity like the white-billed diver has now emerged. It is worth knowing about this bird species that it originally lives in the Arctic or in the Americas, Canada, Russia, and only migrates to the eastern part of Serbia, Canada's west coast, Norway in the winter.
Today's white-billed diver is not the first bird to be wrong with us. In February of this year we had a white-billed diver near Hódmezővásárhely.
