Golo 40

Birthdays are a common and proven way to greet the celebrant with a cake. Goló also got out of good.

Whether it’s a gorilla, Golo turned 40 and this special round year was also worthily celebrated by the staff of the Capital Zoo and Botanical Garden. They were made with a special cheesecake for the grown male gorilla, which measured gorilla in its ingredients. Golo’s taste was so hit that the male animal threw himself at the delicacy.

We humans also pay much more attention to round birthdays. This is also the case with Golo, as it is a very beautiful age among gorillas. Almost all animal species live in nature for a shorter period of time because living conditions are much safer and calmer under artificial conditions.

Golo, born in 1980, came to Hungary at the age of nine. He was the first gorilla in Hungary and has been the leader of the gorilla team ever since.
