Both domestic and foreign circuses are losing a lot of revenue due to forced rest.
The director of the Hungarian National Circus, known both in Hungary and internationally, Jr. József Richter was the first in Germany to see a safari park created for circus animals. He liked the idea so much that he wanted to implement it here at home.
The coronavirus epidemic not only destroyed the holding of circus performances, but also the wait to open the safari park.
However, there is no similarity in Hungary at all, so there would certainly be a demand for it, and the extra income would also help the circus. The idea was for visitors to drive among the circus animals like in a safari park.
There is no relaxed curfew in the countryside in Budapest and Pest county, so it is not possible to open a safari park.
