We are not telling you anything new if we say that dogs are smelling much better than humans. But to make good smell even important for history, well, it is new enough.
Monty is just like a dog, and his behavior is no different. The Czech dog and his master started a mountain tour, but he became a real exploration adventure. A good-looking dog found something. This is not a very noteworthy event, as dogs often get stuck in one place to thoroughly smell something. The owner believed that this sniffing would take a few seconds, but the jet was dug.
You could have known that Monty was really there. When his master went over and saw the dog working so enthusiastically, he was shocked to immediately notify the authorities.
It turned out that the skillful dog was dug out of bronze artefacts, and best of all, it was a collection that was very rare. The combination of several objects - tools, combat tools, and bracelets - suggests that it could have been a ritual ceremony. It is also very special that they were found intact on objects.
Monty has made a really great discovery. Since then, experts in the field are looking for any other findings.
