It is not uncommon for dogs to have eyes on pieces that the owner wears on their feet.
They don’t just want to annoy you by sneaking in, chewing on shoes, socks. Although it is quite common for puppies to age, several pairs of shoes and others become victims of puppies. This is due to separation anxiety. That is, they are looking for something to drain the tension on. If there are no suitable games or the existing ones are already tired, they will look for something else.
Both shoes and socks carry our sense of smell, which relieves anxiety in puppies when we’re not home. What smells like a man's nose can give reassurance to dogs. However, socks can be dangerous because they can be swallowed, but to relieve stress, we can safely give them something bigger, a garment that smells like ours.
