In many terrains we can count on great help from puppies. One of the ancient jobs they fill is herding animals. Well-trained shepherd dogs keep a herd of up to hundreds of animals together and herd them from one pasture to another and home.
The little puppy also does what shepherds do. A modified version of a stupid hundred doing saying prevails. That is, the sheep run to where the puppy is, thus keeping the flock together. Let's not find out who is driving her. The point is, not a single lamb is snapped away because they all run after the dog.
