It took 11 years to find each other

Puppies are unruly, playful and very curious about the world. That’s okay as long as it’s not dangerous.

The English family was happy with their new favorite. The Jack Russel terrier was only a few months old when the puppy disappeared from the enclosed garden. Every member of the family searched around and even beyond, but all this did not lead to results. Weeks, months had passed without results and after a while they had to realize that their dog would never be seen again.

It’s been 11 years and an unexpected phone call came in from a town 50 km away. The local veterinarian approached the family by bringing their dog in.

They stood a little puzzled as they had all three of their current dogs. The doctor said the chip in the dog still leads to them and the dog is called Crumpet. That was the moment they realized that their puppy, who had been missing for 11 years, came up unexpectedly. Since then, it has also been revealed that the puppy has health problems and is no longer young, but they are confident that together with his three other fellow dogs, Crumpet may still have some nice years.
