We wouldn’t think of dog keeping and walking among them at all. This does not seem to be advisable in North Korea anymore. Kim Jongun considers dog keeping to be a gentleman's pet. Preventing this, he made the decision to confiscate their animals from dog owners. The owner can do the same voluntarily and “singing”. However, those who do not do so, the state intervenes.
The famine raged in North Korea, from which they managed to recover, but the coronavirus presented them with another difficulty. Consumption of dog meat in Korea is no stranger, it is also celebrated with a festival and the dog meat is served in restaurants. Is there a link between the forced release of dogs and hunger?
