Propagation and breeding are two different things. All of them can be profitable, but breeding is mainly about maintaining and breeding the breed.
By contrast, breeding is not at all in the interests of animals. No matter what conditions the animals live in. One thing is, the more offspring they can sell, that is, to make money from their sale.
Such a colony was found in Madrid. Police unexpectedly hit the breeding site, where five people were immediately arrested.
It is rude that two of the five men were veterinarians. People who have dedicated their lives to protecting, healing, rescuing animals. Still, they have worked to breed animals under intolerable conditions, provided the puppies with chips, and produced their documentation for smooth sale.
A common feature of breeding colonies is that they do not care about animals at all. The more people there are, the higher the revenue. As a result, 270 chihuahua and dwarf dogs lived in tight cages. Among the dogs there was one whose voice was cut off, thus muting them.
All dogs were managed in different animal welfare organizations. Until the case is closed, dogs will remain with these organizations.
