The head of a Phoenix animal welfare organization visited one of the local pizzerias. He came up with the idea that the manager of the pizzeria nodded.

There is a great demand for pizza and home delivery is working well. What if there were puppies in the pizza box waiting for their owner? Based on a photographic introduction, maybe a pizza lover falls in love with one of the dogs seen there and decides to take it with him.

The pizza making and shipping company has several stores, so you have a better chance of falling in love with the owner's bait.
