What is a beaver known for? They swim well, maneuver with their shovel-like tails in the water, they have large teeth with which to chew trees out of place to build their barrier.
With their huge teeth, they systematically knock down trees and build a dam to not only regulate the path of water, but build their homes. But what does a beaver who does not live in nature do?
The rescued animal was raised in a human environment, but its instincts work so hard that dam construction still works that way. If there is no wood, then on the right hand you have to build from what is. And a household is full of all-chips important building blocks.
This is how a beaver builds and so he prepares for swimming.
